Installation Error on Windows 8.1 32-bit

Problem:  Installing MicroSurvey CAD 2014 or MapScenes Forensic CAD 2013 on a 32-bit Windows 8.1 computer produces an error message stating:

"MicroSurvey CAD 2014 cannot be installed on the following Windows versions:  Windows 2000, Windows 2000 Service Pack 1, Windows 2000 Service Pack 2, Windows 2000 Service Pack 3, Windows 2000 Service Pack 4, Windows 8.1 x86"

or

"MapScenes Forensic CAD 2013 cannot be installed on the following Windows versions:  Windows 2000, Windows 2000 Service Pack 1, Windows 2000 Service Pack 2, Windows 2000 Service Pack 3, Windows 2000 Service Pack 4, Windows 8.1 x86"

Solution: This issue has been hotfixed, and new installation packages for MicroSurvey CAD 2014 SP2 (v14.3.1.307) and MapScenes Forensic CAD 2013 SP1 (v13.1.1.300) are now available for download that will work correctly with 32-bit versions of Windows 8.1.
