Due to a recent operating system update, FieldGenius 8.4 (or later) may show a blank Device ID when installed on a Juniper Archer 2.
Solution:
1. Black up any important files (FieldGenius Projects, Geoid Files etc.)
2. Make note of your Device ID and Password within FieldGenius (Main Menu > Settings > About)
3. Download the Archer 2 OS release 1.7.5 from Juniper here
4. Re-install FieldGenius onto the data collector
- If your Device ID from Step 2 has not changed simply re-enter your password (key) to re-register your product
- If your Device ID has changed please submit a support ticket or call us at 1-800-668-3312
