Repairing Corrupted Menus or Toolbars in inCAD
Sometimes inCAD menus do not load or somehow become corrupted.‚ You may find that all Ms menus are not being loaded.‚ You may find that all icons on some toolbars have been replaced with "Smiley Faces"."
It is important to note that AutoCAD with inCAD needs to be started using the shortcut created when inCAD was installed or by opening Start | Program Files | MicroSurvey | inCAD 200* for AutoCAD 200*
Also, be sure to open a drawing or create a new drawing from the MicroSurvey Project Manager, as this is what triggers the menu files to be loaded.
If you have this problem you may need to perform the procedure below to cause inCAD to recreate its menus and toolbars so that they are back to their factory fresh configuration:
1. Close the program
2. open C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 200*\Support
3. sort the file list by name
4. delete all files named ms_acad.* EXCEPT for the files listed in the table below:
