This error message can arise from two possible causes:
1. If a user attempts to open a project by doubleclicking directly on a .dwg file, or by opening a file directly from an email program. The MicroSurvey system requires that projects are opened via File | Open or in the Project Manager. Other methods can cause the project database to be harmed.
2. The program may not have installed properly during an update or installation. Follow the steps below to resolve this:
