Download and install this utility to activate your USB License Key for your MicroSurvey desktop product, including: 

• MicroSurvey CAD 2008 or newer
• MicroSurvey inCAD 2010 or newer
• MicroSurvey embeddedCAD 2012 or newer
• MicroSurvey STAR*NET V6 or newer
• MicroSurvey Point Prep 2013 or newer
• PointCloud CAD 2010 or newer

Forensic Products

• IMS Map360 v1.0 or newer
• MapScenes 2008 or newer

Some newer computes may not recognize the USB key. You will notice that the red light on the USB key does not light up when plugged into the computer.

In those cases, there is an updated driver for the USB key for those computers: CBUSetup 2/2022

NOTE: On Windows 11 you may need to run this in compatibility mode.
