NGS Opus Points Import

Since STAR*NET V7, you can now import Opus Point reports directly into your Network after you have used the service to post process your static GPS observations.

The result will be a stored point plus an error ellipse.  These allows an excellent solution for users who prefer not to constrain their network to any one station.
